Happy Teachers Make the Best Teachers

It seems that recently there has been a focus on the importance of self-care and the benefits each of us stand to reap from integrating this practice into our lives on a regular basis.  Self-care is the practice of keeping your mind, body, and soul nourished, and the overarching idea behind it is taking time to focus on activities or exercises that are beneficial to our personal wellness and bring a sense of peace and contentment.  Some examples of self-care include meditating, exercising, and practicing gratitude for the things in your life.
