As a division of Teachers On Call, Substitutes Any Time is part of this acquisition, and will now operate under Kelly Services®. Kelly Educational Staffing®, a division of Kelly Services®, is currently the number one provider of substitute staff across the United States, servicing over 7,000 schools across 35 states last year.
